What’s the story with PDQ’s food?

Here at PDQ we keep it fresh. And we make it fast.  Every morning we start from scratch with farm-fresh ingredients. Serving up signature sauces and dressings crafted in house. Every day. Every hand-breaded tender, hand-crafted sandwich, and fresh salad is made-to-order in our check-us-out open kitchen. Find out more about our food here.

We keep things simple and do them the right way. Because that’s the only way we know how. No added steroids. No added hormones. No nonsense. Just delicious food that makes you feel good. It’s a difference you can taste. It’s food, the way you want it. Want an ingredient added? Something changed? Just ask us. We’ll do it with a smile!

Can I order PDQ for pick-up or delivery?

Absolutely! If you want your PDQ to go, you can easily order online.  Whether it’s for you, friends, family or co-workers, we'll have your order ready for In-Store Pickup or Curbside Pickup. Delivery is also available at all of our locations — just be aware of our $20 minimum check subtotal to qualify for delivery. 

Does PDQ offer large party catering?

Yes. We've designed a Catering Menu featuring a wide selection of signature PDQ items. We offer options for parties large and small to fit within any budget. Order online for your next event!

How do I contact you about a recent experience I had as a guest at PDQ?

Does PDQ have a kids menu?

Our PDQ Kids Menu is a popular favorite with children. Your kids will love two of our delicious crispy or grilled tenders with a choice of side, drink and sauce. Designed to please kids 10 and under, your little ones are sure to find something they love.

How often does the PDQ menu change?

We introduce new and seasonal menu items throughout the year. So check our website, visit our locations or sign up for our Fan Club to receive the updates in your email inbox.

How do I download the MyPDQ app?

The MyPDQ app is available in the App store for iOS devices and in the Google Play Store for Android devices.

I already have an account for online ordering. Do I need to create a new account? Or should I use the same one?

No, you don’t need to create a new account. With the release of the MyPDQ app, we have upgraded our system. So make sure you use the same username (your email address) you used to create your Online Ordering profile and you’re good to go! 

My MyPDQ app isn’t working. Who can I contact?

Please send an email message to [email protected] with a screenshot of your issue. We will then work to promptly resolve your issue!

How do I reset my password?

Can I order ahead without downloading the app?

Yes, you can order ahead for a scheduled pickup date and time by signing into your online account at Order.EatPDQ.com. For catering orders, please visit eatPDQ.com/Catering.

Why do you need my birthday month and year?

We’d love to be able to surprise and delight our guests with a birthday treat in the future!

Can I cancel my mobile order once it has been placed?

When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our Team Members at the location you ordered from. If you need to cancel or modify your order, and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online account, please call the location directly to speak with one of our Team Members.

I want to make a change to my mobile order. How do I do this?

When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our Team Members at the location you ordered from. If you need to modify your order, and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online, please call the location directly to speak with one of our Team Members and they can assist you.

Can I change the pick-up time for an order once it has been placed?

When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our Team Members at the location you ordered from. If you need to modify your order, and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online, please call the location directly to speak with one of our Team Members and they can assist you.

How can I update my account and communication preferences?

You can modify your communication preferences by logging into our online account portal HERE.

Where can I see all of my past transactions?

Within the app, you can check out recent transactions by clicking on the “Recent Orders” button on the homepage. If you want your full transaction history, please visit your online account portal HERE, and then select “Transaction History” from the navigation bar.


How can I update my payment method?

When checking out via the mobile app or logging into the online ordering site, you will have the opportunity to add a new payment method at checkout. Once a new payment method has been added you have the option to save it for future orders.

Can I combine multiple accounts into one?

Yes! You just have to log in to your online account portal and select “Account Balance,” in the “Summary of Accounts” section, you will be able to add a secondary account number to your login.

I’m a loyal PDQ guest. Is there a loyalty program?

Yes, we have a loyalty program called MyPDQ Points! You can enroll HERE to earn rewards, surprise and delights plus more! Also, thanks for being such a loyal PDQ fan!

MyPDQ POINTS

What are the benefits of enrolling in the MyPDQ Points Program?

The MyPDQ Points Program lets you earn 10 PDQ Points for every U.S. $1 spent on eligible orders at PDQ locations in-store, drive-thru, using Online Ordering (Order.EatPDQ.com) or the MyPDQ App. Your PDQ Points can be redeemed for food, beverages or other great experiences. And don’t be surprised if you get a surprise reward every once in a while!

What orders/items are not eligible to earn Points on?

Dollars spent on purchases of PDQ gift cards, third party delivery orders (DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, etc.), Catering, coupon redemptions, taxes and/or delivery charges do not earn points. However, purchases made with gift cards do count towards earning MyPDQ Points.

How do I enroll in the MyPDQ Points Program?

It's easy! And you have several options. 

Then make your first purchase in-restaurant, drive-thru, online or using the PDQ App to start earning rewards!

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by ordering online when logged-in, ordering through the app, scanning your app at the register or sharing your check-in code with a Team Member that you have on your MyPDQ App.

Is there a fee for enrolling in the MyPDQ Points Program?

No. No fees apply to the MyPDQ Points Program.

Can anyone enroll in the MyPDQ Points Program?

Program membership is only open to individual U.S. residents who are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of 17, you'll need to get permission from your parent or legal guardian to enroll. Additional restrictions may apply to PDQ Team Members.

How do I change the email address on MyPDQ Points account?

On the PDQ App: Tap and open the menu icon on the upper left, and select “Update Profile,” then choose “Edit Personal Information,” and then choose “Edit Email.” Enter the new email address, and tap “Save.” We will send you a verification email to this new address. Be sure to open that email, click the “Verify My Email” button, and you’re all set!

On MyPDQ.Points.com: Login to your account using your current email address. Hover over the welcome message in the upper right corner (“Welcome [Your First Name]”) then click on “My Account” to visit your Profile Info. Replace the old email address with the new email address, and click “Save.” A verification email will be sent to your new email address. Open that message in your email account, click on the “Verify My Email” button, and you’re all set!

After I register for account, will you share the information in MyPDQ Points account?

No, protecting your privacy is important to PDQ. PDQ does not share your personal information with anyone outside of PDQ without your consent, and no one else can access your personal information, except in the limited ways listed in PDQ's Privacy Policy. Please review PDQ's Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information.

What happens once I reach a Points threshold?

Within 24 hours after you have earned enough Points to reach a Point threshold on eligible purchases using your MyPDQ Point account, PDQ will offer you the respective reward option. Once you choose one of the reward options, we’ll present it to you as a PDQ Points reward coupon, which you can redeem at any participating PDQ location.

Do MyPDQ Points reward coupon ever expire?

Yes. If you don't select and redeem one of the reward coupons within 30 days, the Points will continue to accumulate towards higher Point threshold rewards. Reward coupons expire at 11:59 pm on the date associated with the reward.

I selected one of the Points rewards, but I changed my mind and would like to continue earning towards the next threshold. Are the Points still available?

No. Once you select one of the Points rewards, the Points options are no longer available.

Can I receive cash back on my PDQ Points coupon?

No. You can only use your PDQ Points coupon for the item or other benefit listed on the PDQ Points coupon. Unless required by law, it cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I use my PDQ Points reward coupon together with another coupon?

Yes, you can combine your PDQ Points reward coupon with another coupon at any participating PDQ location. You may not, however, use two PDQ coupons for the same product in one purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, none of your coupons can be redeemed for cash.

I made an eligible purchase at a PDQ location but it is not reflected in my PDQ Points account!

Yes, you are able to request a retro credit by using the retro credit feature on MyPDQ Points site or MyPDQ App. 

What happens if I forget MyPDQ Points username and password?

Your MyPDQ Points username is the email address where you receive MyPDQ Points communications. Click here for assistance with resetting your password. If you are still having problems, please send us an email at [email protected] for assistance.

I don't have a smart phone or computer. Can I still participate?

In order to participate in the PDQ Points program, a guest will need to register through the PDQ App or MyPDQ Points site.

What is a PDQ Gift Card?

A PDQ Gift Card is a pre-paid card that can be used to purchase food at participating PDQ locations or on EatPDQ.com. The PDQ Gift Card should be treated as cash. And it makes a great gift!

Where can I use my PDQ Gift Card?

You may use PDQ plastic and eGift cards at any of our participating locations, with the exception of the following locations: Tampa: Amalie Arena, Tampa: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa: PDQ Test Kitchen, Tampa International Airport, and Raleigh: PNC Arena.

How do I use the PDQ Gift Card?

The PDQ Gift Card is simple to use. You can use it for eligible purchases at participating PDQ locations. The PDQ Gift Card works similar to a debit card, when you use it, funds are deducted from the balance. Use when ordering food for pickup via the Online Ordering site or present at the register/drive-thru window, and the amount is deducted from the card.

Can anyone use my PDQ Gift Card?

Yes. Because your name does not appear on the card, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Are PDQ Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?

You may purchase a plastic PDQ Gift Card in any of our locations for an initial value of $10 or $25. eGift Cards can be purchased on EatPDQ.com in any denomination you choose from a minimum of $5 to a maximum of $250. You can then have it sent to someone via email so they can enjoy PDQ!

What forms of payment do you accept?

At our locations, we accept cash, debit cards or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If ordered through PDQ.com, we accept credit cards or signature debit cards, but no PIN debit cards.

Am I restricted to using my PDQ Gift Card only at the location of purchase?

It may be used at any PDQ location, except airport, arena or stadium locations.

What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away, or can I add more value?

As long as there are funds on the card it can be used as often as you like. Once you run out of funds you may reload the PDQ Gift Card at any time for any denomination from $5 to $100 by simply taking it to the register at any PDQ location.

Does the PDQ Gift Card ever expire?

No. And there aren’t any maintenance or dormancy fees. If you're interested in a new card, you may purchase a plastic one for a minimum of $10 at any PDQ Gift Card location or eGift Cards directly through EatPDQ.com.

Where are PDQ Gift Cards sold?

PDQ plastic Gift Cards may be purchased at any participating PDQ location and eGift cards (digital and emailable) may be purchased on EatPDQ.com.

Can I purchase a PDQ Gift Card by phone?

Unfortunately, PDQ Gift Cards are not available for purchase by making a phone call, but you can buy one by going to any participating PDQ location or eGift Cards on EatPDQ.com!

Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed on my PDQ Gift Card?

Your PDQ Gift Card may be redeemed for food or beverages only and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

What do I do if I lose my gift card?

You may protect the balance on your PDQ Gift Card against loss, theft, or damage by adding it to your MyPDQ App. PDQ will replace the remaining balance on a registered gift card at the time PDQ is notified of the loss.  Just reach out us by email at [email protected].

What is the PDQ Gift Card Return Policy?

PDQ does not offer refunds for the PDQ Gift Card.

What is the current balance on my PDQ Gift Card?

Click "Check Your Balance" here. If your PDQ Gift Card is registered to your MyPDQ App you can check in the App or if you have a gift card saved to your Online Ordering account, you can check the balance through https://mypdq.guestcardaccount.com/guest/ website.

Are there any fees charged on the PDQ Gift Card?

No, we do not charge any fees on PDQ Gift Cards.
