Anthony Becht Football Camp is a Touchdown

Jun 29
Our PDQ Wesley Chapel and PDQ Cherry Hill gangs are spending their summers on the gridiron with our good friend and current ESPN personality Anthony Becht, to fuel up players participating in the Anthony Becht Football Camps.

PDQ Team members in Florida and New Jersey hung out on the field to hand out delicious crispy tenders, homemade sauces and more to the hungry campers. They worked up an appetite from a full day of learning a ton of different plays and perfecting their football skills.

A first-round NFL Draft selection by the New York Jets in 2000 out of West Virginia, Becht also played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2005-07), St. Louis Rams (2008), Arizona Cardinals (2009) and Kansas City Chiefs (2011) during a 12-year career. From 2000-2010, he played in 152 consecutive games, which at the time was third amongst all NFL offensive players – behind Brett Favre and Peyton Manning. At West Virginia, he was an All-American honorable mention award winner as a senior and was named All-BIG EAST Second Team as a junior and senior.

The Anthony Becht Football Camp offers campers the chance to not only enhance their individual skills in a team atmosphere, but focuses of the importance of leadership, sportsmanship, academics and having fun.
