We have some important news to share. Some of our PDQ locations will soon be closing and reopening under the YUM! family of brands.

This isn’t a goodbye to every location, but it is a heartfelt thank you for the moments we've shared together. From family dinners to shakes with friends, your support has meant the world to us. You've been part of something truly special, and for that we are so grateful.

If you have PDQ gift cards or loyalty rewards, we encourage you to use them at your current location before it closes. Below, you’ll find the final dates for our closing locations, along with nearby PDQ restaurants you can continue to visit.

CLOSURE FAQS      

  • The locations listed above will be transitioning into a new restaurant concept, part of the YUM! family of brands.

  • We don’t have an official opening date yet for these new concepts, but will share an update here as soon as we know.

  • No. These locations will reopen under new management with their own menu different from PDQ.

  • The last day to spend your loyalty points at closing locations will be on their final day of business.

    For example, if a restaurant is listed as “Closing on September 15,” the last day to use your loyalty points will be September 14.

    After a location closes, loyalty points can not be earned or spent at that restaurant.

    However, you can continue to earn and use your loyalty points at all other PDQ locations that remain open.

  • The last day to use gift cards at closing locations will be on their final day of business.

    For example, if a restaurant is listed as “Closing on September 15,” the last day to use your gift card will be September 14.

    After a location closes, gift cards cannot be redeemed at that restaurant.

    However, you can redeem gift cards at all other PDQ locations that remain open.

  • We’ve provided the next closest location to any restaurants that will be closing above.
